Available documentation may include Safety Data Sheets, Technical Data Sheets, Certificates of Analysis and product specifications. Country-of-origin details, packaging information and test results may also be available.

Products may be supplied in bags, pails, drums, totes, super sacks or bulk shipments. Good packaging reduces waste, while bad packaging creates meetings.

We work with domestic and international manufacturers to identify alternative suppliers and qualify substitute products. We consider quality, freight, lead time, documentation and total delivered cost.

Cheap material becomes expensive when it fails or arrives late. The lowest number on a quotation is not always the cleverest number.
